How to change a subdomain name into a domain name:

To do this create a subdomain on a website such as wetpaint.com, or google page creator, or even freewebs.com
Then after your subdomain name is created and published to the internet, right-click and copy the web address of the homepage of your website.
Then go to dot.tk and paste the web address you just copied into the box and click next.
Then it will bring you to the next page where you can edit the name of your website, just make sure you end it with .tk
Then scroll down and click confirm underneath anonymous free domain.
Then you will be brought to the next page, where you will be shown a message that sais "successful creation."
Now you can navigate to your domain/website with "whatever you named your website.tk"

How to get ipod touch 2.0 firmware update free of charge for windows:

First off, go to this link and download the ipod touch 2.0 firmware update Ipod Touch 2.0 Firmware to your desktop.
It will take awhile to download so just be patient, and wait for it to finish.
Before anything else make sure you have itunes 7.7, Itunes 7.7
Once everything is downloaded and installed plug your ipod touch into your computer and load up itunes.
Now hold shift on your keyboard, and click the "check for update" button in itunes 7.7
Now a window will open up.
Navigate over to your desktop and find the 2.0 firmware you just downloaded.
Select the firmware file, and click open.
Now just sit back, and wait for your ipod touch to restore itself to 2.0 with the App Store and everything.
